Former President Goodluck Jonathan has been cleared to contest in the 2023 presidential election by a Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
Justice Isa Hamma Dashen gave the judgement on Friday.
The High Court also ruled that the former Presidents right to vie for the office of president again cannot be stopped by any retroactive law.
